Herald Insurance Services Limited has been established since 1970.

With over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry we understand our clients are paramount to the success of our company and therefore we treat every single client with the integrity and respect they deserve.

Our staff at Herald Insurance have many years of experience in the insurance industry and are constantly learning about new products and training in order to keep up our high standards and product knowledge in an ever changing industry.

We will always make sure our clients understand the product they are buying by verbally advising on the features and benefits of the policy, and the endorsements and exclusions applicable. We don’t expect our clients to read through a heavily worded document and then tick a box to remove all indemnity from ourselves. We make sure our customers understand all the necessary fine print before we ask them to sign.

Unlike other companies today, we still have a high street presence, and therefore encourage our clients to meet us face to face in an era where faceless staff, hiding in large call centres seems to be preferred. We like to meet our clients when we can so we can fully understand their needs making sure we offer the right product for every customer.

Having face to face contact where possible has helped us build up a loyal client base over the many years of our existence. We still value our every single one of our clients.

Earl has been working as an insurance broker since 2001 and managing Herald Insurance for the last 10 years. Earl is dedicated to growing our commercial insurance book of business and always looking to expand on our ever increasing product offerings.

Philip Rebbetts

Phil has been at Herald Insurance for 6 years. He started broking when he left school and now has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry. In this time Phil has built up a huge knowledge in personal lines and commercial products.

Dimitar Petkov

Dimitar joined the company in the summer of 2013. He has come from an IT and Marketing background which has proved invaluable in working with our systems and new client acquisitions. Dimitar’s roles are to source new business and assist in the running of the office.
